Sands River Selous

Wild and unspoilt, the Selous National Reserve is home to a multitude of animals and birds. Apart from game driving in the open-sided 4×4 vehicle, go on a walking safari or down the river by boat.

Sand Rivers Selous has just 8 stone and thatch cottages, all open-fronted and raised on decks overlooking the river. With plenty of space, natural light and big comfy beds, the cottages blend beautifully into the surroundings.

The camp offers 5 Standard Riverside rooms and 3 Hillside Suites. Each of the three hillside suites has its own plunge pool for cooling off.

The camp has a large pool overlooking the Rufiji River for all guests to enjoy.

Activities at the Camp include game drives, walking safaris, fishing, boating and fly camping. Please note some of these may be at an additional charge.
